1 give swarms original travel distance. 500 meters?
2 allow instant lock on to anything actively scanned
3 give swarms a scan precision that is changed by the skills, and modules.
4 give vehicles a scan profile, visible in the fitting screen
5 add a vehicle profile dampener module.
6 scan profile should change by distance. A vehicle with a 200 db against a swarmer with 50 db and a 50 meter scan radius should be able to lock on out to about 200 meters. Just an estimate. I'm sure there is already a formula such as this on EVE. But a vehicle that is actively scanned should be able to be locked on to instantly even through buildings, or terrain.
This should be used to help balance the fact that up till this point, an AV buff hurt dropship pilots, and LAV drivers, while a AV nerf made tanks OP. After this, dropships chould be buffed or nerfed individually from tanks, or LAV's by simply changing their DB |

Well to be fair, it'd be the same as using a PLD (Personal Laser Designator) and "painting" the target for anti vehicle weaponry, but instead of instant lock (as that would be ridiculous, can't explain why though, but I feel that would break future immersion), let it lock on in like, .10 seconds, that way there's some time at least when you fire (this is coming from a Battlefield 4 Player, just letting you know this now, and anyone that's played this know's where I am coming from with this), it's future technology, and scanning should be able to help out a little more than just finding enemy vehicles you can't harm. This is my feeling, and this would help seperate swarm balance against different vehicle types |

Commando with swarms and scans- no ammo. Sentinel- impossible. Logi with swarms and scans- no sidearm. The only viable options are: scout(dead), basic variant medium suits(no racial bonus), or Amarr logi(worst logi slot layout) |
